Quick lunch then to the good stuff:
Lunch today was tuna mixed with a little mayo (made with olive oil) and a garden salad dressed with oil and vinegar
I’m not a fan of cherry tomatoes, I think it has to do with the pop when you bite into them {gives me goose-bumps!} so I tossed one to Baxter and one to Lucy. Baxter eats his in one bite, Lucy on the other hand tosses hers into the airs, paws it on the ground, nudges it with her nose and then when I go to take it away from her – eats it up. I guess we all have our weird eating habits.
So, I’ve been researching a new camera for awhile now. I was stuck between the Canon Rebel Eos XSI and the Nikon D3100. Great reviews on both but the Nikon won with the video capabilities. I went to Best Buy Friday night to see it in person and wasn’t sure if I was actually going to get it that night. It’s a very intimidating camera to a newbie, but I knew I was going to be taking a digital photography class in the fall and it would be awesome to have for the summer so I bought it! I’m a very frugal person but every once and awhile I make an impulse buy and this one I’m very happy with and so was my very shocked husband
I also picked up a camera case at an electronic store that was going out of business, Regularly $50 I got it for $30, score.
And since I have no idea what I’m doing:
I’m still playing around with it and mostly take pictures in the auto setting but hope to test it out more this weekend and upload some new fancy pictures!
